today.. its rly hard to say.. who is nice or not.. >.>
Toooo many ppl think they are so fkn pro.. but they only are to overdressd. thats all.

maybe this discussion here will have a revival

and i'm talking about basic players, cuz in battle i don't know anything only some names that are highranked...

safe is sometimes one of the best players imo...

sadly he often sucks too!

Safe is fearless A large percentage of the FT population is missing some balls.

All due to him of course.

Luckily for us Chai and Galmas are active again!

So atm the three people I "fear" the most are: Chai+Gal or Chai+Yuri.

That being said, there are probably some people in Proph/Effect who could beat them on a regular basis

Hahaha thanks Chris, I think I will just remember the good part about that message. No really, it's my biggest weakness - no stability. Always been like that in everything I do. But I don't mind being crappy sometimes, cause that makes the times when I explode so much more fun. I always thought that me and Synomi are pretty alike in FT (although I think some of you might disagree). All I can say that what makes us alike is that we are both rollercoasters. Meaning we can play good 1 game and bad 1 game so easily - Like being the worst player to being the best.

Being fearless got both pros and cons I guess. Sometimes I can do things who people wouldnt dare to do, but sometimes I really bite the dust.. I think I do my best with someone who is prepared with my dumb moves and can cover both the side where I am and the uncovered side. Which is almost impossible. Atleast if you're not Victor or Chris.

I agree with Holz, we can go on forever with old players, but what's most interesting is those who are at the peak now. After all, we are in now, and not in the past. In my opinion the rivality is much higher since it's not that a major skill gap between the basic players now days. I am no expert and I don't play as much now as then, but I think I have a pretty good grasp of who the good basic players in the current scene is. All in my opinion. Although I don't like just saying just 1 name because all players are different and are individiuals. So I'll just name some people here I think are really good for now. Of course there are plenty more. But either I haven't experienced them or I have forgotten someone.

Backplayers

Diane is our times Eros - a pure 100% backplayer who can catch almost anything and always places his returns in smart places

Ike is really scary. A player who covers incredibly good and also got the power to go front when it is needed.

Marco are not really like the other backplayers. Which is fun. Makes alot more trickier shots than your regular backplayer. A smart player.

Armenio. I don't know who this guy is. Maybe some oldschooler. But anyway I gotta admit that he got really scary cover play when focused.


Frontplayers

Ynirse is a raw force at net. Not polished at all but that's what makes him so all over the place I guess. Since he joined Prophecy for the first time til now his progress have been enormous. Really.

GreenLight reminds me of Hisiko at net. Alot of straight shots and able to read what direction your shots are going almost everytime. It's pretty annoying to face, I promise

Nici is a more refined frontplayer who's really stable. I think what makes her good is that she can perform well with any partner and got both skills at front and back. Though her front skills are far superior.


Allrounders

Fard got a style where he can go from front to back and versa in a second. It's really scary. And he's precisly as good at front as he is at back. He almost every time takes the right decissions, positions, and know where to put his next shot. Actually Fard was my first real partner and when he focus he always performs well.

Jil is a good player in many positions. It's hard to nail him to a specific position. He has become a really good will user and knows what to do with his stats. What makes these players being put under allrounders is that I think they are just as good front as back. And usually that shines through players like Jils gamestyle, since they never stay at the same position for a whole game.

FaJu. Don't know where to put him so I'll put him here. He's a semisidefrontback player with the best slides in game. A real fun guy to play with or against.

Holz is maybe more front then anything else. Still I decided to put him here since I think he is really all over the court. He's good at reading his opponent, and are maybe one of the most stable players in the scene. Just the type of players myself always have trouble with. A textbook player!

Strik0r is according to himself a backplayer. But to me and all the others he's not. I think the roots are with his past times with Neo - whom he used to cover. In my opinion Sam is a better player when he's moving around and not just stays at the back. Quite the proper player.

Michi is maybe a bit like Sam in his style. Tends to hang at the back but are also good at attacking. Michi's strength lies in his ability to know where to put his lobs and when to make them. Which makes him a smart player. Although he rages sometimes when he's losing and loses it completly, haha.

Teams

Fard & Greenlight is probably the most stable and best team in the current scene. They know eachother incredibly good and are really sharp with things like letting balls through so the other one charges up a surprise cross shot and stuff like that. Usually you'll see fard at the back and green at the front.

Holz & Yuli have I not experienced enough. I would like to play you more but I can already see from what I've experienced so far that you are a synced team who trusts eachother completly. Which is one of the most important grounds for doubles.

..And well, Diane & me. Even though you shouldn't nominate yourself.


Up & Coming

Kirchen & Itchi as a team could become something really good.

Although everyone of the players in Prophecy are either really good, really potential or even both.

Quirky & Pose. If Pose would be any active. They are really potential and could grow to be something big in the scene.


Personal favorite partners

Cucala, My first, my only, my everything. Cucala will always be the number #1 player in my eyes . (gay for 10 seconds). What's good about Cucala is his initution and how he always understands what his partner wants to do. Chemistry is A & O. Even if a bird whispered in my ear that the only one he really understands is me.

Diane. My new generation number #1 partner. The best backplayer in the scene right now. Much more stable and reliable than mo'i. Which syncs very fine with me. Although I will never be his padawan. Actually Chris is Dayfly's padawan.

Steff. My mistress! We mostly have fun when we play, and sure we can be really really scary. Or really really crappy. But atleast we always have fun. And thats what matters right? We usually mix it up. Steff's front one game and I'm front the next.

Ynirse. My new reverse roll partner. Well not for him but for me. I'm Ynirse's backplayer! And it's a pleasure to cover one who is so fierce at front.

Jil. I enjoy playing with Jil. Although I know that he might not enjoy it as much as I do. We also mix it up sometimes but it usually ends up with me at front. Jil is really reliable and have a strong ability to save balls that I'm trying to hit but end up missing.

This are some names I could come up with, but certainly not all. There are alot of great players right now, due to the minor skillgap between the basicplayers in this generation. Which makes it difficult to point out fingers who's the best. After all this is only my view, and every single person has a different. So all I wanna say is that even if not mentioned almost every known name to the scene is a good player. In one way or another. Peace.

Of course. Cucala will in my eyes always be the best backplayer in any generation of FT. Still the purpose with my post was the current scene. Which victor aint taking a part in. That´s why I didnt nominate him in this post as a backplayer. (Only as my fav partner among the others)

and quite the opposite of wasgen.
he's always friendly plays with everyone and is just having fun
and for sure he's one of the best backplayers in ft!
even as a random he can cover your ass rly great!!!
