Program fix lags? Does it exist..?

Hey, after a reply from my other topic: "Hamachi works on FT?" I've made a other topic.
I got everytime that problem that I'm lagging / delaying, not everytime but often.
So maybe some1 know what to do like install programs or uninstall something.
Please reply xD

close all programm msn, skyp ,....
firefoxe

and use this sotware gamebooster close all service not util for play
