NOTEBOOK SCREWD UP!!!

Hey Peeps^^
My Notebook screwd up. I start it -> Dell *Loading* -> Nothing.. -> Nothing.. -> Nothing..
I tried to put Windows-CD in and start, but it didn't help o,o
Maybe You guys can help me =D

when you start your pc push F12 for choice cd rom boot or F8 for enter setup for modified boot sequence
when your start you scrend in all balck or not

erf if when you start pc nothink in your screen is problem hardware and it is main board and if if that go buy new pc
