FT - Holding out for a hero Update on 29th April 2010

The Fantasy Tennis April patch will be
applied on the European Fantasy Tennis Servers on Thursday, April 29. It
features a new and revamped game lobby, a spring event, a new Battlemon
Ninkaro, cool super hero outfits, new animal Gachas and some changes
regarding the quest system. Also we're starting a cool contest that lets
you design your own super hero outfit to be implemented in Fantasy
Tennis!

New
Lobby
After you log into the game now, you will find
yourself in midst of the Fantasy Tennis Town Square with all
other players on the same channel. From there you can chat or
conveniently access the various game modes.

Selected Quests Repeatable Again
The following quests can now be repeated again: My Friend
Battlemon, Granpa's Tree, I'm the King
of Fishing, I'm the King of Collecting, Fly
a Ball, Where are you going?, Cook of
Fantasy Land, Pianist's Keyboard, Tricks,
I'm not weak, I'll protect you, and Twinkle,
Twinkle Little Star. Among these, the quests Cook of
Fantasy Land and Pianist's Keyboard will not
give you an item reward a second time but only EXP.

We Need Heroes!
The
super heroes have come to save the day! With Yangpo Man/Woman
style in black and orange and the cool Bat Cat Costume,
everyone can become a hero on the tennis court!
All parts of
the set are available separately in the Fantasy Tennis item shop or as a
suit & shoes bundle.

Design Your Own Super Hero Event
Did you ever
wish for having your very own outfit on Fantasy Tennis? Then now's your
chance! We are searching for more super heroes to strengthen the team
for fighters for love and justice.


All you need to do is to draw
a picture of a Fantasy Tennis character wearing a costume you designed
yourself. The picture must contain a front and a back view and
must be colored.
The #1 submission will be implemented as
outfit in Fantasy Tennis.

New Battlemon Ninkaro
This tiny fella lurks in the dark and is pretty lethal with his
ninja skills... but at the same time so cuuute!
Ninkaro is
the new addition to the family of Battlemons. He features the
same stats as Goliath and Boonga and is available from the item shop.

Spring Event
If
you play any kind of guardian match, you will have a chance to loot the
item Cherry Blossom. If you collect 15 of these, you
will be able to transform them into a pink Cat Costume Hat
with the help of the respective recipe which is on sale in the item
shop.

New Animal Gachas + Gold
For some additional
spring feeling 4 new Animal Gachas were added to the Fantasy Tennis item

Along with today's Fantasy Tennis Patch,
we're starting our new event: Design your own Super Hero! This is your
chance to design an outfit and have it implemented into Fantasy Tennis!
But there's more! The winner will even win his own set once it is
implemented in the game and 12.000 AP!

Here's how it works:

• The event is running from April 29, 2010 until May
  27, 2010.
  
• Draw a picture of your super hero costume
  The
  "models" wearing your costume must be Niki, LunLun,
  Lucy, Dhanpir, Shua, Pochi or Al.
  The picture must contain a
  front and a back view of the costume
  It must be colored
  It
  cannot contain copyrighted material
  
• Send your picture as JPG or PNG attachment to contest@alaplaya.net with the
  subject "FT Super Hero". Alternatively you can also
  upload it to a free image hoster and just send us the URL to your
  picture.
  
• The 5 best designs voted by the staff will be made public in the
  alaplaya forums and can be voted by all users.
  

Prizes:

• 1st place: The winner's design will be adapted as
  costume in the game Fantasy Tennis. The winner receives his
  costume for free on a character of choice and 12.000 AP.
  
• 2nd place: 8.000 AP
  
• 3rd place: 4.000 AP
  

Important notice:
The Judges' decision is final. Due to the nature of game design, we
reserve the right to slightly change smaller parts of the winner design,
if an accurate adaption is not possible.
