Want to buy a new Computer o.o

well guys, I rlly dunno who are the experts from us ( maybe only olimb o.o ), so I create a topic.
As the topic says, I want to buy a new computer. I have already a few .."parts" which I collect now.
And wanted to ask, what do you think about it.

The limit should be actually ~ 500€ - 600 €

At first I had to decide between Intel and AMD. Well, I was focused to get an Intel Computer cause I was all the time an AMD user.
But still, I´ve decided due the money (well i mean amd is cheaper xD ) and thanks those craps which Intel done with their i3 - i5 and i7 different motherboards, to take AMD again.

Well, I am not that motherboard knower, but thanks some guys I´ve decided to:
Gigabyte 770TA-UD3 ~ 90,-

The next one is the CPU. I am not a fan of quadcore chips Mainly there aren´t yet enoguh software, where I´d think " woah its a have to have those quad chips". My own favorite was always the dualcore E8600 , and since a short time the i5 650.
Here again, I talked with some guys and the choise fell to the
AMD Phenom II x4 945 á 3Ghz ~ 125,-


I really have no ideas about coolers, but due to I want to Overclock this 3Ghz and wanna make it to my lil 3,8Ghz Teddybear
I have to buy one. Because the standart cooler are useless. So, here again, thanks some guys - it will be the
Scythe Mugen 2 ~ 35,-

I have atm 2 Gb ram and I feel by now that isn´t enough. Well, I also don´t think, if I´d buy 1 Gb more, that I will see that much difference, that I could say " yea that´s it, I unleashed the beast". So I tend to 4 Gb ram, which says , that I need a 64Bit OS.
Well, it sucks, I don´t know where to get it, and I really dont want to buy it T_T. Well, actually I was always a Corsair fanboy but G.Skill is also not that bad + I need DDR3 now. So my DDR2 are useless
And now there are things like CL and numbers like 1066 mhz and so on.
I dont know which is better on CL? lower = better or higher = better.
But hell, I tend right now to
G.Skill ECO DIMM Kit 4GB PC3-10667U CL7-7-7-21 ( <- wtf? xD ) ~ 100,-


About Hdd, I guess that is the easiest one to decide. Just look how much Gb they have and buy it

Here we go with the Mains adapter. Also here I am "still" a fanboy of be quiet . But nowdays there are factorys who sell rlly quality and good Mains adapter aswell. So I´m still thinking about a

or
Xigmatek 550 W ~ 50,-


Well at last comes the Graphiccard. I thought I will have many problems until I found one. But it wasn´t so, thanks god
Honestly, I don´t want a GamerPc, that´s why those stuffs aren´t that High-Tech. But as I decided which CPU I want to buy, I thought , I have to buy a new Graphiccard, otherwise the CPU will sleep. + I am not a friend of those kind of sli / crossfire technology. This is kinda too..nerdilicous for me. If I play some games, then it should stay on games and I don´t want to try to get a second real word o.O. Well, probably there are alots of guys now, who would like to discuss about that. But whatever

well with those things I reach to 670 € and this without Windows 64 Bit T_T
+ I need a new Computercase. But I couldn´t yet find one which it seemed nice to me. Do you have some suggestion?
Do you have options or setting where you think that you´ll get a better Pc for this prize?
Or do you have a better option, how to get these effort for less money?

Well Nvidia was also my favorite. But my 4830 ati showed me, that they are also not bad o.o
Olimb, can you write he an alternative option for Intel? I guess the best way were, if I would buy a i7, but they are too expenisve T_T
well expensive is relative, but I dont want put more as 700 € for a new computer. Because it´s almost a Gamer Pc then :/

I wouldnt buy i5 due there is already a i7 and Intel already planed a new project for next year.

you sure that you want buy a i 5 ? mainly the i5 750 and not the 650?
although the 750 one faster then the 650, the 650 is better.
Look for tests and comparing between them both you´ll see it.
And I really would not buy i5 , because you have to buy an extra mainboard for this cpu.
And i7 is already newer then i5 so the i5 won´t live long.
So if you want to buy next year a new cpu, you also have to buy a new mainboard, which isn´t really necessary.
All in all you are a pc-knower, so you have to know what do you awaite from your new pc and which things you have to buy it for . But I would think twice time about it. That´s why I tending to AMD again.

Maybe I will wait with buying till Intel released their new project.
