40 - 70ms is without lag
I don´t know exactly but I guess you noticing lag +120 or +130ms
At least if I get lag its around 120 - 170ms

I don't understand, I never lag and nobody complains with my connection whereas i have the same result as Shinigami.

We both are french, maybe a bug... In france I have one of the best provider. I can DL at 1.2 Mo/s and up around 110 Ko/s.

My average ping online should be around 30 ms. btw, it's always good but this resultt with Alaplaya server sucks !

well i download 1.5 ( my max ) and i don't think its the best provider my friend download at 4Mo/s xD but anyway, idk how this " ms " works

In fact, it's my fault. I gave you a bad reason for having a good provider. Ofc, the download speed doesn't count because a lot fo various factors count :

- Are u far away from the DSLAM of your zone ? (1.700 Meters)
- Do you have a new or old cable installation ? (old one)
- Are you in a house or in a building with 15 floors ? (10th floor -_-)
- What's your windows and do you use to clean up ur hard disk ?
...

My provider is FREE and some lucky men can use Optical fiber or simply dl at 2,5 Mo/s.
I think "Free" is the best provider in France due to the amounts of services it offers and the global quality of its connections. Only the after-sales service sucks but as a lot of providers unfortunately !

haha ... I am sorry .... I am using Fiber Optic Internet. It is fastest in USA. So I can't fix it anymore due too far from server.

Now, with my new connection My ping is between 29 and 37 ms instead of 136 ms !
But I think I know why it used to suck before. I changed sthg in my installation. I just stopped connecting my modem to an inverter.

Now I'm also faster with my download speed --> 1.2 ko/s to 1.45 Ko/s
